Introducing the
Rev6 Six Essentials.
The Rev6 Six Essentials are based on decades of study by Dr. Edythe Heus and are the building blocks for the entire Rev6 experience. Learn and apply the essentials, and you’ll find they have a powerful and lasting impact, especially for those who feel unsure about how to move correctly. Connect to your six essentials and apply them to any activity to automatically perform better as you mitigate potential injuries.
1. Mind your feet.
These courses reveal the principles of Dr. Edythe Heus’ proven exercise program so you’re more able to inspire others to do things they didn’t think possible. Go at your own pace with these time-tested courses. All content is available upon registration.
2. Hollow your abs.
Your lower abdominal muscles initiate movement. Spinal lengthening results from abdominal hollowing and vice versa. These two mechanisms are the primary basis for core stability which leads to better performance.
3. Lift your torso.
Enables the upper body to carry its own weight and prevents that weight from resting on the low back and hip. In turn, there is less likelihood of injury to those areas, and increases in running speed and athleticism prevail.
