Intro to Rev Training Experience

This is a Movement Assessment aessions with Dr. Edythe Heus package that includes:

• 2 Gymnastic Balls or Pipes
• 2 Sets of Water Bells
• 2 Sets Slant Boards

1 hour Virtual gait & posture assessment with Dr. Edythe Heus that includes around 4 exercises for them to do on their own for the rest of the week

3 half hour Virtual movement sessions with Dr. Edythe to be done once per week following the assessment session

During the last movement session, Dr. Edythe will assess and recommend how they should move forward (Virtual Classes or Private Sessions with another Instructor for a more economical price point).
