While programming and monitoring of progression are important aspects of physical exercise, the most important thing for me to help clients cultivate is a genuine and self-motivated desire to move, explore and care for their body, (the one thing we have from birth and until death).  I believe that walking around with the most capable and connected version of your body and being surprised with its ability to respond to spontaneous challenges and experiences contributes to a happier life.

After being introduced to Rev6 with a Intro to Neurofascial Training Certification over 10 years ago, then furthering with Pelvic Floor Fitness 2 years ago,  I am still constantly in awe of how the system builds client awareness of their bodily composure, needs and wants through unique exercises and principles.
