This specialized workout series merges flow state principles with injury prevention techniques for combat sports. Integrating fascial restoration, neurological training, and deep core exercises, it hones agility, focus, and instinctive reactions while minimizing injury risk. This program is ideal for fighters aiming to optimize performance, maintain peak physical condition, and prolong their careers in combat sports.

This bundle includes (12) Virtual Class recordings from the Intro to Neurofascial Training, Intermediate Instability Training, Advanced Neurofascial Training, and Pelvic Floor Fitness classes. Each workout is paired into 20-minute segments. This allows you to either get in a quick warm-up before training or dive into a thorough recovery session, depending on your needs!
